Your First Visit

For your first visit, please take your identity card and insurance card with you. In order to be able to help you better, you will be asked to fill a health-related questionnaire. If you are under medication, it would be helpful to have a list of the relevant medicine. According to the new privacy law, you will also need to give us permission to handle your personal information so that we can, for example, send your bill to your insurance, or contact your doctor in case this is medically necessary. We do not share your information with third parties.

The first visit will usually involve the intake consult (cost: €50,54, including a dental check-up), and two small x-rays (€18,62 each). If you have a complaint you need to address, please let the receptionist know so that we clan plan enough time for you. Usually we try to plan for an eventual small treatment (small filling or tooth cleaning) during your first visit, however this is not always possible. At the very least, we will provide you with a treatment plan and an overview of the projected costs.

Online Registration

We do accept new patients, but it is at the moment impossible to register or to make appointments online. Please contact us via email or telephone.

Cancel or change an appointment

If you want to change or cancel your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss an appointment without timely notice, we have the right to charge you for the reserved time (treatment code C90, according to the Dutch Health Authority price list)

Emergencies
We try to treat emergencies as soon as possible. If, however, it is not possible to get an appointment soon, or if you cannot reach us on the telephone (e.g. on a weekend or evening) you can call the Dental Emergency center of HMC Westeinde hospital at 0900- 8602.
