APPOINTMENTS We
work exclusively by appointment. Please call us to make an appointment,
you will find that you can get one within a few days. If you want to
change or cancel your appointment, you need to contact us at least 24
hours beforehand. Otherwise, in case of a no-show, we have the right to
charge you a fee for the time you have reserved. YOUR
FIRST VISIT For
your first visit, please take your identity card and insurance card with
you. In order to be able to help you better, you will be asked to fill a
health-related questionnaire. If you are under medication, it would be
helpful to have a list of the relevant medicine. According to the new
privacy law, you will also need to give us permission to handle your
personal information so that we can, for example, send your bill to your
insurance, or contact your doctor in case this is medically necessary.
We do not share your information with third parties. The
first visit will usually involve a dental check-up (cost: �21) and two small x-rays (�15,47 each). If you
have a complaint you need to address, please let the receptionist know
so that we clan plan enough time for you. Usually we try to plan for an eventual
small treatment (small filling or tooth cleaning) during your first
visit, however this is not always possible. At the very least, we will
provide you with a treatment plan and an overview of the projected costs. EMERGENCIES We
try to treat emergencies as soon as possible. If, however, it is not
possible to get an appointment soon, or if you cannot reach us on the
telephone (e.g. on a weekend or evening) there is an emergency practice
in The Hague you can call. It does not have any affiliation with us, but
it is open every day until 23:00. They�re called Dental 365 (Tel: 070
